How does the service work?
You choose the race, select the pickup option (race-day pickup or address delivery), and confirm your order. We then send you instructions based on the option chosen.
Which races will you be at?
Check our calendar: we list all confirmed races where we'll be present through the end of the year.
When and where do I receive my kit?
It depends on the option chosen: for race-day pickup, we deliver up to 30 minutes before the start at the meeting point. For address delivery, the kit arrives at the specified location (home, hotel, workplace, or other) within the timeframe agreed for the event.
Can I book at the last minute?
We recommend booking before the deadline listed for the event. After that, service is subject to team availability.
How do I check pricing and payment options?
Prices vary by event and pickup option. For address delivery, shipping is calculated automatically in the form when available. Payment is via Pix (Brazilian instant payment).
Do I need to present any documents to pick up the kit?
Yes, the same documents submitted when booking the service (race registration proof and a photo ID).
What pickup options are available?
We offer two options: race-day pickup and address delivery (home, hotel, workplace, or wherever you are). Availability may vary by event and logistics coverage.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, up to the pickup date stated for the event.
Can I use the service for just one race?
Yes, there is no commitment or subscription. You choose when you want to use the service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Pix only (Brazilian instant payment system).
What if the race is postponed or canceled?
We follow the organizer's instructions and automatically adjust your booking.
