Terms of Use — RetiraKit
By accessing and using the RetiraKit.run platform, you agree to comply with and respect these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Provider
The services available on the platform are provided by Retira Kit Serviços de Entrega Rápida Ltda, registered under CNPJ 66.060.279/0001-07, responsible for operating RetiraKit.run.
Services Offered
RetiraKit provides solutions for race kit pickup, either at the event venue or through the Home Delivery option, as shown on the platform.
Each booking generates a private tracking link to follow payment, pickup and delivery status. Status updates, location information and photos are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on connectivity and on-site conditions; location data is approximate and does not replace the official race instructions.
Pricing Policy and Uncollected Kits
Prices shown on the platform represent the actual price at the time of the request. The price may vary depending on the time between the request date and the race date; as a rule, the closer to the race date, the more likely the price is to change, including upward. Whenever there is a price update before the booking is finalized, the new amount will be communicated to the customer for prior confirmation. The booking will only be completed after the customer has acknowledged and accepted the current price.
When it is not possible to complete the kit pickup or delivery by the end of operations on race day, RetiraKit will contact the athlete before the event's kit distribution window closes to try to complete the service within the operational window.
If no response is received in time, that day's delivery will be closed and we will contact the customer again during business hours, primarily via WhatsApp, to arrange post-race delivery, which may be done in person, via postal service, courier or another available method, with all additional costs borne by the customer.
After the customer confirms post-race delivery, the kit will be shipped or sent within 3 (three) business days from receipt of confirmation on the day of contact or by email.
Any extra costs (such as postage, courier fees, redelivery or other applicable means) will be calculated in advance and communicated to the customer before the charge is generated.
Kit integrity must be verified at the time of receipt. Once post-race delivery is completed, no complaints regarding kit integrity will be accepted.
Refunds are accepted only up to the moment before the kit pickup service is performed. Once the kit has been collected from the race organization, no refunds will be issued.
If no response is received from the customer or athlete within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after our first post-race contact, the kit will be considered abandoned and may be donated.
Orders with Multiple Athletes
A single order may include one or more athletes (kits), subject to availability on the form. The person placing the order declares that they have authorization to provide the data and attach documents for all athletes included in the order.
- Registration validations and attachment requirements apply to each athlete in the order.
- Distances and required documents may vary between athletes in the same order.
- Discount coupons and operational limit rules apply per order, according to the rules of the chosen service type.
Events with Our Team Participating
Some events include members of the RetiraKit team participating in the race. These situations are flagged on the event page and during the booking form through a specific notice.
When this occurs, the pickup point on race day may close up to 30 minutes before the start, with a 5-minute grace period for delays. At other events, we are able to stay until the start. Any exceptions are communicated in advance during booking and via the WhatsApp number provided by the customer.
If there are changes to the service window, the user will be notified through the same channels used for service confirmation. By placing an order, the user acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
Home Delivery (Address Delivery)
- The Home Delivery option delivers after kit collection from the race organizer and follows the route shown on the tracking link.
- The user must provide a correct and up-to-date address and contact details, and ensure someone is available to receive the kit at the agreed time.
- Additional delivery attempts or trips may be charged if no one is available to receive or if the address provided is incorrect.
- Schedules and routes may vary due to traffic and external conditions; any adjustments will be communicated through the registered contact channels.
Address Search and Validation
To calculate coverage and pricing for the Home Delivery option, we record the address queries made in the form, including the data provided, geocoding result and operational validation response.
These records may be used for fraud prevention, operational auditing, user support and continuous service quality improvement.
Communications and Contact
By placing an order, the user authorizes the sending of messages and tracking links through the provided contact details (WhatsApp, SMS, email) for confirmation, updates and support. The tracking link is personal and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Campaign Measurement
We may use Google Analytics 4, subject to the user's consent in the analytics category of the cookie banner, to measure navigation, site performance and the effectiveness of RetiraKit's own promotional campaigns.
Users can review or withdraw that permission at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Additional Google ecosystem integrations for campaign measurement may be enabled in the future under the same transparency and control principles described in the Privacy Policy.
Digital Signature on the Pickup Receipt
When RetiraKit configures a document template with a signature field for an event, the customer can sign the pickup receipt directly on the platform using a digital signature pad available in the browser.
- The signature is captured as an image on the user's device and sent to the server solely for generating the pickup receipt PDF.
- The CPF (Brazilian tax ID) provided during signing is used only to fill in the document template configured by RetiraKit.
- By signing, the user declares that the signature represents their own handwritten signature and agrees to the legal validity of the generated document.
- A customer signing on behalf of another athlete declares that they have authorization to do so.
- The signature image is not stored independently — it is embedded in the generated PDF and subject to the same retention policy applicable to other documents in the order.
Document Retention and Disposal
As an operational rule, documents attached to an order are kept only for the period necessary to execute the service and deleted within 7 (seven) calendar days after the event date.
Retention for longer periods may only occur in cases permitted by applicable law, including compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, exercise of legal rights, or at the request of a competent authority.
Use of Documents for Kit Pickup
Documents submitted by the user are used to verify the athlete's identity and, when required, to present to the race organization, with the exclusive purpose of enabling and confirming kit collection on behalf of the athlete.
By attaching their own or third-party documents included in the order, the customer declares that they have valid authorization for such sharing and that they understand the use is restricted to the execution of the contracted service.
User Responsibilities
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering;
- Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- Comply with the deadlines and conditions defined for kit pickup or delivery.
Informational Content about Race Organizers
Organizer pages and the 'Where we are' ticker are informational, based on public data and subject to changes. The use of names and logos is for reference purposes only, without any official relationship, sponsorship or endorsement from the organizers; official data remains the responsibility of each race.
Limitation of Liability
RetiraKit.run is not liable for circumstances beyond the service, such as event cancellations, date changes or logistical issues outside our control.
Testimonials and Use of Public Content
By posting a testimonial about RetiraKit on any public channel — including but not limited to Instagram, Google My Business, Facebook, X (Twitter) or other social networks — the user agrees to grant RetiraKit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, indefinite license to reproduce, adapt and share that content on our website, marketing materials and other brand communication channels.
- The testimonial may be used in full or in part, preserving the original meaning.
- RetiraKit will identify the author by their first name and, when available, by the race mentioned.
- Any sensitive personal data present in the testimonial will be removed before publication.
- The user may request removal of their testimonial from the website at any time by contacting support via email or WhatsApp; removal does not imply deletion of the original content on the platform where it was published.
- The license described herein does not generate any compensation or employment relationship between the user and RetiraKit.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will always be available on this page. In the event of any conflict between this translation and the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
