No printer — what to do

Find out why you don't need a printer to use RetiraKit and how to handle any document that requires a signature.

You don't need a printer

The entire RetiraKit process is digital. Documents are submitted as photos or PDFs, and authorizations are signed electronically. No printing required at any step.

Digital signatures

If a signature is required, you can sign digitally using free apps like Adobe Fill & Sign, or use your finger/stylus directly on the screen. The RetiraKit form supports digital signatures natively.

What if the organizer requires a printed form?

In rare cases where an organizer specifically requires a physical document, we'll let you know in advance. If it can't be resolved digitally, we'll work out an alternative solution with you.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need to print the authorization form?

No. The authorization form is completed and signed digitally inside the RetiraKit order.

  • What if my phone doesn't support digital signatures?

Take a screenshot of the document, sign it by hand on paper if needed, then photograph the signed paper and upload it. We'll accept that too.
