We monitor organizer updates

RetiraKit actively monitors official communications from organizers (website, email, social media). When a change is announced, we update our information and notify affected customers on WhatsApp.

What happens to your order

If the date or location changes, we adjust your order automatically when possible. If the change creates a conflict (e.g., the new date is outside our operating range), we'll contact you to decide together.

Race cancellations

If a race is canceled by the organizer, you'll receive a full refund automatically. No need to request it.

Race postponements

If a race is postponed, your order typically carries over to the new date. We'll confirm this with you via WhatsApp. If you can't make the new date, you can request a cancellation and refund.

  • Will I be charged if the race is canceled?

    No. If the race is officially canceled by the organizer, you receive a full refund.

  • What if the organizer changes the document requirements?

    We'll notify you and, if possible, collect the updated documents before pickup. If the change happens on pickup day, we'll do our best to resolve it on site.
