How to pay
- After submitting your documents, you'll receive the Pix payment details (key or QR code).
- Open your bank app and complete the payment.
- Pix is instant — confirmation usually arrives within a few minutes.
Order confirmation
Once payment is confirmed and documents are verified, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with your order confirmation and the next steps.
Common mistakes
- Paying the wrong amount (always double-check before sending).
- Not saving the payment receipt.
- Not informing us about a payment already made — if you haven't received confirmation within 30 minutes, reach out.

Not at the moment. We accept Pix only.
