Which documents are required to pick up a race kit

Find out which documents you need to provide to RetiraKit to pick up your race kit.

Standard requirements

In most races, you'll need: (1) a photo ID of the registered runner, and (2) proof of race registration (voucher, QR code, or confirmation email). Some organizers may require additional documents — always check the race page.

How to submit documents

Upload photos or PDFs directly in the order form. Make sure they are legible and not cropped. Blurry or incomplete documents are the most common cause of delays.

Document tips

  • Use your phone camera in good lighting.
  • Include all four corners of the document.
  • For digital docs, take a screenshot or export as PDF.
  • If the organizer requires a specific form, fill it in digitally and attach it.

  • Can someone else's documents be used?

    No. Documents must belong to the registered athlete who will run the race.

  • What if the organizer changes the required documents?
