How to track my delivery

Learn how to use your RetiraKit tracking link to follow your kit's status in real time.

Your tracking link

After your order is confirmed, you'll receive a unique tracking link via WhatsApp. This link shows your kit's status throughout the entire process.

Status stages

  1. Order active — your request was received and verified.
  2. Payment confirmed — Pix processed successfully.
  3. Picked up from organizer — our team collected your kit at the official pickup location.
  4. Delivered — your kit was handed to you at the agreed point or address.

On race day

For race-day pickup, we update your tracking link with the meeting point photo and location pin before the start. Check the link on the morning of the race.

For home delivery

Your tracking link updates as the delivery progresses. You'll see when the kit leaves and when it arrives at your address — no need to call or message us.

Frequently asked questions

  • I didn't receive my tracking link, what do I do?

    Check your WhatsApp inbox (including archived chats). If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it.

  • Can I share my tracking link?

    Yes. The link is personal but you can share it with someone who will be at the pickup point on your behalf.

  • The status hasn't updated — is something wrong?

    Status updates happen as our team completes each step. If you're close to race day and the status seems stalled, reach out on WhatsApp.
