Do you deliver race kits directly to hotels?

Yes. We deliver to the hotel reception within the agreed delivery window for the event. Simply provide the full hotel address and confirm coverage when filling out the event form.

Do I need to be at the hotel to receive the kit?

Not necessarily. If the hotel has a reception that accepts packages on your behalf, we deliver there. Mention this in the address complement field.

Does the hotel need to be in a specific area?

Yes. Each event has a defined coverage area. When you enter the hotel postal code on the form, the system automatically validates whether the address is within the covered zone.

What is the delivery timeframe before the race?

The timeframe varies by event. Delivery typically happens the day before or on the morning of the event, within the window shown on your tracking link.

Can I book even if I'm from outside São Paulo?

Yes. We serve athletes from any city coming to race in São Paulo. Just provide the address of your hotel and check coverage on the event form.
